In Illinois, Oregon, Ohio and Virginia, and Hawaii when a hauler isn't on the state's list, a person checks the state record, with the steps in HaulStanding. About a minute.

Steps
- 1State checks due on the Watch list lists the haulers waiting for a check. Click Due.
- 2The state's search opens in its own window with the USDOT number or name copied. Paste it and search.
- 3Capture the record with Capture a view, or attach a screenshot or PDF. HaulStanding reads it and suggests the result.
- 4Pick what the state showed and click Save the check. It goes in the proof log with the capture.
- 5A check comes due again after a federal alert or after 30 days.
