A change in a watched hauler's records is an alert: in the app on every plan, and by email the same day on Standard and higher plans.

Steps
- 1New alerts on the Watch list shows each change: the hauler, what changed and the date.
- 2Click Open for the hauler's Alerts tab, with the record, the rule and the next step. Mark handled once it's done.
- 3On Standard and higher plans, each alert also goes out by email the same day, to every alert recipient.
- 4Alert settings sets what sends an alert and who gets it. The weekly summary lists every watched hauler's standing, Monday or Friday at 7:00 AM CT.
