Who we are

HaulStanding is a service of Hornburg AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as HaulStanding (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to haulstanding.com, the HaulStanding app and the emails it sends (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

What the Service does

The Service reads public records about motor carriers, including FMCSA licensing, insurance and safety data and state motor carrier records, checks the carriers you choose to watch, and tells you when those records change. We show records as the agencies publish them. HaulStanding is not affiliated with FMCSA or any state agency.

Not legal advice, not a guarantee

The Service reports what public records say and when. It is not legal, insurance or safety advice, and it does not certify any carrier. Public records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and agencies can change or stop publishing them. You decide whom to hire and remain responsible for that decision and for any other checks you are required to make.

Not a consumer report

HaulStanding is not a consumer reporting agency. You may not use the Service, or anything from it, to decide an individual's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Accounts

You sign in with one-time links sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. The account owner controls billing and who is on the team, and is responsible for what team members do in the account.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. You can cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then drops to Free. We don't refund partial months. If a payment fails, the paid plan keeps running for 7 days, then drops to Free. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and only for your own business. Don't resell or republish the Service or its data in bulk, scrape it, try to get around plan limits or security, or use it to harass anyone, including the carriers you watch. Don't present the Service's records as HaulStanding's statements about a carrier, or send messages through the Service that aren't about your own business with that carrier.

Your data

Your watch lists, the hauler lists you paste, notes and proof logs belong to you. You can export them anytime from the account. If you delete the account, we delete its data after 30 days, as the Privacy notice describes.

Ending the Service

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we can change or stop the Service; if we stop it, we'll give paid accounts at least 30 days' notice and a way to export their data.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business, and our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your use of the Service in breach of these terms.

Law and changes

Texas law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Texas. We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect.
