Send the hauler a note

Standard and higher plans

When a hauler needs to fix something, HaulStanding drafts the note asking for it. Send it as is, or edit it first.

Steps

1. 1Open the hauler and its Notes tab, or click Send note to hauler on an alert.
2. 2Check the To address. It starts with the email on the hauler's FMCSA registration.
3. 3Edit the note if needed and click Send. Replies come back to the sender.
4. 4The note is logged on the Notes tab and in the proof log, with who sent it.
